Wedding Coordination

You are probably familiar with the term Day Of Coordination. We do not call our service that, it is simply Wedding Coordination. The reason for this is that we feel that "Day Of" is misleading. We cannot show up on the day of your wedding wave our magic wedding planner wand and make everything go off without a hitch.


We know that to successfully coordinate a perfect (or at least it will be perfect to your eyes!) wedding day, we need more of the backstory.


There are 3 elements to our coordination process.


1. Planning Meetings

We start working with you two months before your wedding, we have 3, 2 hour planning meetings. One 2 months before, one 1 month before and one 2 weeks before. These meetings allows us to find out exactly what you have planned, find out if there are any gaps that need to be dealt with and allows us to start building your timeline and production schedule.


2. The Take Over 

You cannot be expected to wake up on the morning of your wedding and just let go of all the planning and coordinating responsibilities and any stress you might be feeling. You need some time to decompress, let things go, and relax. For this reason for the two weeks leading up to your wedding we take over all communication with all your vendors and your venue(s). At our last planning meeting which is 2 weeks out we get all items (guest book, favours, etc.) that we will be responsible for, leaving you with nothing to keep track of. At that 2 week meeting we also give you your wedding weekend timeline which can be passed out to all your family and friends who you feel might need it. This helps eliminate all those "What are we doing....Where are we supposed to be?" questions that can bombarde you in those last two weeks.

The other reason we take over in those last two weeks is so we can establish authority with your vendors and venue so they know that we are the ones they are to communicate with, and so we can all become familiar with each other and successfully coordinate your wedding day.


3. The Day Before and Day Of

Your planner will work with your ceremony location and/or your officiant to determine the level of involvement we will have at the rehearsal. We are always at the rehearsal even if we are not coordinating it. Your planner will need to be confident in the process of the ceremony so they can assist and coordinate on the day of. If your rehearsal is earlier in the week and not the night before, they will still be present. If there is any set up that can be done the night before your planner will handle all this.


On the day of we like to sum up by saying that your planner and assistant will do anything and everything that needs to be done to make sure your wedding is flawless. Every wedding day is unique so it would be hard to list everything that is done, but your planner will go over the specifics as they pertain to your wedding during your planning meetings.


We offer both half day (1PM - 1AM) and full day (9AM - 1AM) Coordination and can customize a package based on the hours you need.


THE INVESTMENT FOR HALF DAY COORDINATION IS $2,000.00 

THE INVESTMENT FOR FULL DAY COORDINATION IS $2,500.00
