We will set up viewing for each potential site and walk through each with you to assist in the final decision.

  • Site Communication (Available as a stand alone)
Once a site has been decided on we will handle all booking procedures and communication.
 Vendor Selection Package

  • Vendor Search (Available as stand alone)
Vendor search based on the Vendor Consultation and Questionnaire. You will receive a list of 3 options that fit your date availability, budget and style. 

  • Potential Vendor Interviews (Available as stand alone) 
We will set up an interview for each potential vendor and meet them with you to assist in the final decision. 

  • Vendor Communication (Available as a stand alone) 
Once a vendor has been decided on we will handle all booking procedures and communication.
 Reception Planning Package

  • Reception Planning (Available as stand alone)
Based on the Reception Questionnaire, elements will be chosen and a timeline will be created for the reception that will keep your guests interested and entertained and flows smoothly from beginning to end. Basic reception planning included with Wedding Coordination.

  • Emcee Coordination
Creation of emcee timeline and basic script, and coordination with the emcee in the week leading up to the event and during the event. Included with Wedding Coordination.

  • Reception Coordination (Available as stand alone) 
We will handle the coordination of all reception elements, emcee, speeches, food, entertainment, and DJ. Included with Wedding Coordination.
 Budget Managment Package

  • Budget Creation (Available as stand alone)
Customized budget template created based on the Budget Consultation and Questionnaire.

Keeping you accountable to the custom budget created and assisting in the management of the budget as invoices come in.

Timeline Management Package

  • Timeline Creation (Available as stand alone)
Based on the Timeline Consultation and Questionnaire, creating a customized timeline of tasks to accomplish with due dates on our online system accessible and up-dateable by you.

Working with the custom timeline created for you on updates, answering any questions entered into the online system and keeping you accountable to meet deadlines.
